2023 is shaping up to be an extraordinary year for Romania’s cherished UNTOLD Festival. Hot on the heels of their official 2022 aftermovie, UNTOLD, one of Europe’s premier electronic music festivals, has unveiled the initial headliners for next year’s event: Imagine Dragons and Armin van Buuren.

The wildly popular electro-pop and rock group, Imagine Dragons, boasts an extensive repertoire of modern hits, including “Demons,” “Enemy,” “Thunder,” “Radioactive,” “Whatever It Takes,” and many more. In the span of their nearly ten-year career, the band has earned one Grammy and 10 Billboard Music Awards, among other distinctions.

Securing Imagine Dragons for their lineup, UNTOLD’s organizers are making a bold move as they prepare to unveil the festival’s 8th edition, which will take place from August 3-6 in the heart of Transylvania. This marks the renowned band’s debut performance in Romania.

In addition, van Buuren, who attended the very first UNTOLD Festival, is set to return after a three-year absence. The Dutch trance music legend shares a unique bond with the festival, as his sets have progressively lengthened each year, culminating in a record-breaking 7-hour performance in 2019.
